By installing sensors at the bottom of the feeder and combining millisecond level weight feedback information, the feeding accuracy and stability are greatly improved. The structure adopts a modular design, making the feeding part easy to disassemble, clean, replace, and maintain. Horizontal mixing combined with optional vertical mixing design has high anti bridging performance. Different models adopt universal screw interfaces, which can facilitate the replacement of different screw models and achieve a wider feeding range for one equipment. For powder feeding, the accuracy can reach within ± 0.3%.
