D-Doser-E
D-Doser-E is Economical version from D-Doser, it is through the sensor installing in the bottom of loss-in-weight barrel, continuously measuring the weight of bucket to control extruder rotary speed.
D-Doser-E is combine high precision traction control system, stable control extrusion products gramme/thickness deviation value within 0.3%. Doser-E is used in 2/3 components design, each component is adopt with loss-in-weight control technology, so that the mixing uniformity will be better, meanwhile make raw material proportion precision less than0.1%. Slove the problem of gram weight/thickness inaccuracy that cause by raw material gravity large different. This equipment has a good control effect on raw material with large specific gravity different, such as CaCo3, BaSo4.
